Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is an incurable life limiting condition and this build will provide dedicated purpose built socially and environmentally friendly space will improve patient experience, reduce multiple hospital visits. It will enable the MND Team to deliver high quality care at a one stop shop
The physical environment of a health care building plays an essential role in supporting patients, their interactions with health care workers and ultimately on their quality of life. Carers of patients with MND carry lasting memories of taking their loved ones to health care facilities.
Development of a one stop, patient friendly, modern, comfortable purpose-built facility in beautiful surrounds provides a calm environment. The space will need to have easy access and adequate parking for wheelchair accessible vehicles.
