With over 20 years’ experience, PHP Projects are experts in managing capital projects of all sizes from inception through to completion.

We have extensive expertise in the unique challenges of working in a live healthcare environment, particularly within NHS Trusts. Our experience ranges across numerous projects from smaller, complex schemes right through to complex multi-million pound new build developments and refurbishments.

In each case we apply exacting standards and excellent management skills to bring together diverse stakeholders within an organisation, gain consensus and ultimately deliver a high quality project both on time and on budget.

PHP Projects is led by Phil Proctor who has been a Director of the company since 2010, working with clients including Network Rail, Milton Keynes NHS Trust and the Countess of Chester NHS Trust. He works tirelessly to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, taking a collaborative and non-adversarial approach.

This helps to resolve problems more quickly, finding the best, mutually beneficial outcomes. Phil is approachable and builds a strong rapport with everyone he works with. This helps him to build good will between him, our clients, contractors and project teams. It also allows for effective and efficient engagement with stakeholders, ensuring that buildings are designed and built with their end users in mind. His approach his thorough and systematic, ensuring that our clients get the best value from their capital spending.

Capital Projects

We are experts in capital projects, having delivered many high quality healthcare capital projects with values from £27m to £10k. We efficiently oversee construction programming, overall delivery and performance of contractors, whilst managing your project through financial and other approval gateways to meet governance and quality standards.

Management & Leadership

We have extensive experience of managing multi-disciplinary external consultant teams using our strong management and team leadership skills. We will deliver regular reports to your team and all stakeholders, whilst effectively mediating between conflicting views to achieve a solution with consensus agreement, and we manage the change control process throughout.
