PHP Projects was engaged to facilitate the delivery of one of the first purpose-built Family Integrated Care Units in the country. Opening in late 2020, this unit is set to serve as a benchmark for similar facilities nationwide.

Our Role

Project Management: Oversaw the progression through Stage 6 ensuring alignment with NHS guidelines and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborated with clinical staff, hospital administrators, and design teams to refine project requirements and objectives.

Procurement Strategy: Developed and implemented procurement plans in accordance with NHS guidelines, facilitating the selection of suitable contractors and suppliers.
